In the beautiful 30 sqm Auszeit Apartment, the name says it all. The apartment has been freshly renovated and is the ideal choice for anyone traveling to Duesseldorf for a city trip, visiting trade fairs or events, or traveling for work and looking for a quiet place to work.
The apartment can accommodate up to two people, has its own illuminated and covered entrance (accessible 24/7) and its own private parking space right in front of the door, with its own charging station for electric cars free of charge.
The accommodation has two large window fronts (three large windows in the front; two that can be opened - one large door and one small window in the back) and the bright design invites you to relax or concentrate on your work.

You enjoy excellent public transport connections – the nearest bus stop (Gubener Straße) is a 2-minute walk away and takes you to the main train station in 20 minutes, the city center in 30 minutes and the trade fair/fair in less than 45 minutes without changing trains. Congress Center (bus route 722). In addition, two other bus lines run from the nearest bus stop. The nearest tram station is about 17 minutes away on foot (Duesseldorf-Eller). From there you can reach Duesseldorf International Airport in 25 minutes (tram line S1).
The apartment is located in Duesseldorf-Vennhausen in the middle of a quiet, green residential area. Nearby is the local recreation area Unterbacher See (South Beach) and the Eller Forest. The settlement and the surrounding area are perfect for walking, jogging or cycling. Within walking distance there are various restaurants, snack bars, gas stations, supermarkets (Aldi, Netto, Penny), drugstore, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor, savings bank/cash machine, beverage shop/kiosk & post office.
In the Vennhausen district, e-scooters and rental bicycles from various providers are available for rent (corresponding app from the provider required). In addition to taxis, Duesseldorf also has Uber, Bolt and other providers such as FreeNow.
